"I scheduled an appointment for an apartment move-out cleaning with maid pro. 11:37 AM I called the company to check when the cleaners were coming. The agent said the cleaning staff would arrive between 2 and 2:30. As I was not living at the apartment, I planned to be at the apartment by 1:50, and I arrived at the apartment at 1:47. I received a call from the company at 1:40 saying the cleaners are at the apartment waiting for me. The cleaners started their clock at 1:30 pm without entering the house. Two cleaners arrived to do the job, and one of the cleaners started packing her stuff at 3:10 pm. She did not do any work other than taking their stuff to the car between 3:15 pm and 3:30 pm. I am not satisfied with the service or the job the cleaners did. They did not even work 2 total labor hours. It is a complete waste of money."

"What started off with great consistent cleanings, having a pretty consistent cleaning team for almost a year. It has DRASTICALLY changed for the last 5 months. I have had different strangers in my house every month, and either things not cleaned or stated as “cleaned” but not. Then the last straw was when I sent pictures of all the items not cleaned, and was basically called a liar. I was getting cleanings the same time every month. Part of their cleaning checklist is having the fronts of my (white) kitchen cabinets wiped down every month. They left coffee/red wine stains on the front cabinet that holds our trash can. However.. there “justification” of why my cabinets were not clean were due to grease built up and needing a magic eraser to clean them! (Which we hardly ever fry anything.)They didn’t even notice the apparent red and brown stains, and proves my point that they have NOT been cleaning everything they stated they do. I should not ever have “grease buildup” if they were actually cleaning the cabinets every month like they were supposed to! Not to mention the stains on my kitchen island, backsplash, hair on floors, multiple stains and sticky spots not mopped, dusty shelves, bathtubs not cleaned, and bathroom sinks all still dirty immediately after my cleaning. I’ve had enough, and looking for a company who actually wants and appreciates my business!"
