"My husband paid almost $200 for flowers for Valentine's Day. He ordered them to be delivered to my place of employment. He called the shop several times to confirm the flowers would be delivered. After several calls he was advised the flowers would be delivered before my office closed and that the driver googles the time your place of employment closes and will have them delivered prior to closing. My office closes at 4:30pm. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. There was no attempt to contact my husband to advise they were running behind. My husband went into the shop at approximately 4:45 to request a refund. He was advised the driver had just arrived to my office but no one was there. Again, my office closes at 4:30. The young lady, who was helping out due to an influx of orders, had no clue of how to process a refund. She also advised my husband, that next time to tell them what time the place of employment closes, even though he informed them of this information previously. It is understood that V-day is very busy for floral shops. This shop took more orders than they could handle and then could not refund my husbands money upon request. The young lady was unable to give my husband a physical copy of the return receipt and emailed him a screenshot with the hope that she completed the refund transaction correctly. There was no apology for the poor customer service and lack of communication, we are extremely disappointed as the reviews seem to suggest otherwise. There will not be a "next time". I only left one star because I had to in order to leave this review."
