"We hired Arrow to redesign our entire backyard and build a pool, a patio, an outdoor kitchen and a pergola with a basement for storage. Our house is stone, so all the structures and walls had to match our existing house. They were nothing short of AMAZING to work with. Meticulous in the design and planning phase, they provided both architectural plans and mocked up photographs of the completed job that we loved sharing with friends while the work was completed. They guided us through the permitting phase with the city which involved working through wetland issues, engineering concerns and required going before our city's variance board. No other company that I know of could have made the process smoother and ensured that our project was approved and could start in a timely manner. Their workmanship was unparalleled. They were on-site EVERY day (except Sundays) until the work was completed, and they had electricians, carpenters and expert stone masons on staff, so no subcontracting was required. I can not say enough nice things about their masonry work (and ALL their work) . Sergio hand selected, hand-cut, edged and laid every single stone for the entire pergola, seating wall and outdoor kitchen, and it looks amazing! It looks like it was built with the house. They even won a landscaping award for the design and execution of our job. They were meticulous about grading and drainage, and our project has been done for 3 years and we've never had any issues whatsoever with drainage or flooding. All of their plant material was top notch and, most importantly, still thriving 3 years later. I would never embark on another project of this magnitude in any house I may buy in the future without Marco and his team. I can not recommend this company enough."
