"I had to order remotely for a funeral on a Monday morning. The big flower gurus were extremely expensive and tacked on even more fees at checkout. I found A Little Ben's and found it easy to order, but it was Friday night and I was unable to verify that they would have it at the church in time. I left a message. They got right back to me and assured me that it would be there on time. They were courteous and efficient. The plant was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them."
"I had 11 roses delivered from an anonymous person. I called to find out who sent them and one of the gentleman stated he didn't know because they ordered them online and proceeded to tell me a story of delivering flowers to another person. I then mentioned I only received 11 roses, in which he replied "they must have only ordered 11" Turns out the person ordered directly from the shop and ordered 12 roses not 11. The arrangement was very bland. Just roses with lots of leaves. Nothing spectacular. Just roses thrown together with all of their leaves. They did deliver the rose 2 days later that was missing after the sender called them. The rose was pink. The other 11 are light purple. Just not pleased with overall experience or the arrangement."
