"First time stopping in, and it was a great experience. I have a snake plan I wanted to use for a bereavement basket but needed other plants to add in. I didn't know if they sold plants, so I went in on a hunch. They have a full room dedicated to plants. I didn't get her name, but she helped me with all my questions, I even got a basket to make my arrangements with and a white bow. I will definitely be using them for any floral needs."

"My mother and I both ordered arrangements for a family member that is currently very sick in the hospital. We live out of state and had to place the order online. We both chose the “Get Well” options, included “Hope you feel better soon” messages on the cards, and paid extra for balloons to be included. The delivery address was TO A HOSPITAL and again, everything we chose was for a “Get Well” occasion. Even with all that, the arrangements both arrived with “Happy Birthday” balloons… HAPPY BIRTHDAY?! Come on, completely unacceptable! We were as thorough as we could have been but obviously they will just do whatever they want. So disappointing for the price."

"These flowers are more depressed than I am. They're wilting, they're overcrowded with leaves and barely any flowers. I paid $159 for an order and the bouquet is very unsatisfactory. I contacted support only to be told I'm getting 15.59 back. Um? Flowers were falling off and drooping all over. They're a scam I will never be a customer again. Ruined a surprise for my mom's birthday, thanks a lot."
