"I am very Disappointed I was giving one date for a pick up however when I arrive, I was informed that my clothing was there however, it was not pressed I put my order in soon because I was getting prepared due to the weather going into the two digit I am a very understanding person so I gave them three days later, and was told that my item was still not ready I ask how will I be compensated? And was told to all of a sudden come back at 4 PM just in case they were any more excuses I came back the next day upon checking my item when arriving home the.coat Definitely does not look pressed there are cotton balls /Linen all over the coat Unfortunately, I will not be returning"

My clothing was ready next day and folded nicely. The ladies at the front are absolutely the best and hard working. Tip them well."

The jackets I know they aren't able to remove the ink completely from the fabric but the hoodies I bought in were nappy and full of oils and grease, I wasn't expecting much but the hoodies came out spotless. The ink from my line of work on the jackets, about all of it was removed. I just appreciate they're clean. But the hoodies, I struggled for years to get them clean.
