"Have a friend that is in the hospital and tried to order a nice arrangement for them. Unfortunately, this locations website is not very user-friendly. After I selected the flowers that I wanted typed in all my information, it would not let me go to the cart in order to pay. After repeated attempts, it finally let me in. Once I went to go pay all it did was bring up a spinning wheel, saying that it was loading payment options. After 15 minutes I closed out and went to a different florist. There’s selection was fine, but their website ended up costing them $136 order. Addendum: The owners replied that they had some weather issues that impacted their site. I updated my rating so as to not potentially impact their future business opportunities due to a weather issue."

"I don't think I have ever been spoken to or treated more rudely by a business as I have this one. I called the morning of Nov. 7th and asked to have a plant sent to the funeral of my best friend gma. I explained I lived out of state and she cut me off and asked the name. I gave it and she said flowers had to be there in the next 4 mins. That the funeral would not allow them. The service was over 2 hours from the time I called. She refused to work with me. Worse off I explained the plant I wanted and she was so rude and saying she didn't know what it was. It was a nickname of the plant. Most florist would know nick names but if not would try to help. It was shameful. I called the funeral home. They said they wouldn't deny delivered plants and flowers for a service. Imagine that. How disappointing for a small town business. I'd rather do business with Schnucks forget local."

"The (relatively new) owner Julie Angle does a wonderful job. We had her do a couple of fresh flower displays for a Funeral and they were extremely nice! We will definitely call her in the future when needed."

"I called The Greenhouse Flower Shoppe from out of state and ordered fresh flowers to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the vase looked so full! My aunt was surprised and said the flowers smelled so good, and they brightened her special day. I am very satisfied with my out of state purchase at The Greenhouse Flower Shopppe and thankful to the employee who took the time to look in the shop for the colors/flowers that I wanted in the arrangement. Also, special thanks to the gentleman who delivered the flowers...my aunt said he had the biggest smile on his face when she opened the door! Will certainly keep you all in mind when I need flowers delivered in Pekin! Thanks you so much for awesome customer service, beautiful flowers, and on-time delivery with a smile!"

"We have always been a patron of the Greenhouse Flowers and extremely pleased by the quality and service. They went out of the way to help me when they were closed on Friday after Thanksgiving.
