"Want your UGG boots ruined...this is the right place! Be warned...avoid this place at all costs. I used this service to clean my wife's nearly new UGG boots and they were returned to us completely ruined. The outside of the boots are now coarse and scaly. The boots also shrunk to the point that they can no longer be worn. The manager insisted he could fix them, and they were returned in the same condition. After several phone calls, the manager offered no apologies or consolation."
