I had a simple wedding dress with a crystal sash added & I picked it up today so that I can preserve my wedding dress & I immediately noticed the crystals have fallen out & the pearls are hanging by a thread. I’m beyond distraught about this sentimental piece. A professional cleaner would know the proper care for such an item!"
