"I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. I went there and had paid for all my alteration ahead of time and when i sent someone else into to pick it up they had charged me another twenty dollars for an alteration I hadn't asked for. They finessed money out of me even though I had paid for everything beforehand they told him I hadn't paid causing him to pay again. I went back to get a refund since I had already paid and they refused to give me any money back saying its against policy and that they had to do more work than I had asked for and so they charged him extra. Dishonest people who just try to finagle money out of you and very unwilling to fix any issue with customers. Do not go here they seem nice but once the money talk begin they will try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wouldn't even give this place a star if it was an option. Edited: Here’s part two. After giving them a bad review I had still tried to get some alterations done on something I felt they didn’t do a good job as one final alterations and now it’s been a couple week I went back to get my pants back and now they are refusing to give me back my pants. Like I said before DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A 10, no 100, no 1000 foot pole. Avoid with all cost. They overcharged me, they are refusing to return my product. I plan to report them and seeing how far I can go in trying to get my clothing and now money back."
