"I've been using NexDry for about 4 years now. I am not sure if they are under new management or just changed front desk help. The service has declined, and the times to pick up my clothes has become limited. The last time I came in, I returned 6 hangers with jacket add-ons. I asked if I could get credit for returning them and was told "yes, of course." Today, when I picked up my clothes and asked about the credit, the same person told me no. This is the second time this has happened, and there will not be a third."

"This is our go to place for all dry cleaning and alterations. Excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Over the years, we have had multiple choir dresses hemmed here and recently a prom dress. The prom dress alterations were complicated due to multiple layers the dress had and a train that needed to be removed. The dress looks like it was made just for my daughter. Highly recommend this cleaners for alterations and dry cleaning."
