"This company has been amazing from day one! Jessica and Andrew were so good to us! I reached out early Monday morning inquiring about service and they came to measure the area mid day and had us on schedule the same week. Their communication is great and their work is amazing! We are a snow removal company and have issues with salt stains and flooding from snow. A Personal Touch did an amazing job cleaning the area. Pictures are attached! Highly recommend this company!"

"I called on Sunday not expecting to get a live person. Requested to have my carpets cleaned as soon as possible. There was a cancellation and they were here Monday morning. Andrew was great! Personable, understood my needs and he was quick and got all my stains out. Had carpet companies out before and this company is my personal favorite. He put guards on my stair banisters so it wouldn’t damage them. Price was reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again!!"
