"Apparently they don’t build pools anymore?? We called and asked to make an appointment for a pool design estimate and were told, “We don’t do that anymore.” Confused, we asked what he meant. He said they don’t have the staff for it. While I know that everyone is having staffing issues, you may want to update your website to reflect that you no longer design and build pools, especially because those are some of the first words on the website. I can’t speak to their other services, but I thought I might save someone else that’s in the market for a pool the phone call and research into the company."
