"At first I had no problem with them everything was great. When it came time to pay the first bill, I mailed a check that should have only taken a week to get there. About a week later, they called to tell me I needed to pay the bill. I told them I sent a check and gave it another week. After two weeks, I called to pay the bill over the phone and told them to void the check if they eventually received it. The lady I spoke to also said to cancel the check with my bank, so I called me bank to void the check so it couldn't be used. Fast-forward two months and I get a call saying that I have to pay a $40 fee because the TWO MONTH OLD CHECK (that they didn't call and ask if I wanted to be used) didn't go through. I was also told I had to pay the service fee that day, or our service would be ended. I don't understand why I had to pay for their mistakes. ***************************** To DC reply to my review since I can't reply back. I have a bank statement saying I paid by debit card on December 22nd for the amount of $82. Service and late fee paid. I also most definitely told yall not to use that check. I have a call history saying I called yall on December 22nd. Running that check without permission was not ok and yall need to be reported."

"*lawsuit!* The way you’re leaking customers personal information here is called invasion of privacy, I seriously hope these folk get together and sue the pants off whoever thinks it’s okay to reply like this. “DC” waste with a “Marvel” shield. As stupid as whoever is replying to these comments spitting out your account details."

"Extremely rude feed back even from owner. Over charged for certain policies that didn’t go into effect til days after we used there business. Everything was on time showing up! They need to update there policies from what they tell you and there information they give you on paper. Extremely poor service from all levels was absolutely terrible"

"Absolutely AWESOME experience with Sabrina on the phone today. Sabrina is polite, cheerful and so helpful. She walked me through all the options for trash service at my lake house and helped me come to the best possible decision. And I get my experience is a bit different than what others have written about here. Well, saying 'please' and 'thank you' go a long, long ways when working with anyone -- whether it be a person, organization or business. Every single question was answered. Every concern addressed. And all of it was done with with smiles and laughter on both ends of the phone. I bet if all their satisfied and happy customers had the free time to post reviews, you would see a huge swing in their overall rating! In the meantime, if you call DC ask for Sabrina. She is exactly the kind of wonderful representation all businesses need to look after their customers! Very well done!"

"Used DC Waste for a roll off container recently. The reps were kind and helpful, answered the phone right away, were quick to respond to emails, and overall couldn’t have been more helpful. Their price was very reasonable, too. When the driver arrived to drop off my container, he rang my doorbell to verify the location and was very respectful and professional. Due to a lack of space to get his truck out, he wasn’t able to put it exactly where we discussed, but within about five feet. As such, he came back to me to have me check and make sure it was still acceptable. Honestly, I was shocked at how kind, considerate, and helpful he was. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend them."
