"I went in there yesterday to wash some pet bedding and I only had a $20 bill so I went to the counter to get change. After waiting a while no one came so I rang the bell on the counter and the owner Terry appeared out of the back from somewhere and said "WHAT". I asked if I could have a $10 and two $5's, and her comment was "if I have them". Then she turned around and walked away and turned off the lights behind the counter and disappeared again. I have never encountered a business owner this rude. It will be my last time to use this laundromat."

Have a newsflash you are not the only cleaners in the area and it will probably be the last time I’ll ever come to this cleaners again."
