"Even a star is too much. This recreation center is not what it looks like at all. Been going to the office and telling them the issues for the past few months, yet they have done nothing. And I mean nothing! 1. The gym is equipped with old useless cardio machines rather than new weight machines which is really taking space and does not help. 2. There is NO bathroom for the gym!!! Imagine going to a gym where you have to DRIVE back home for the bathroom! Absolutely ridiculous. And they keep saying that there is a contract to build a bathroom, but they haven’t even bothered with it since a few months ago. 3. The tennis courts and the gym close at 9:45! Not even 10 PM. It’s hypocritical to say that it is open until 10 PM and turn everything off at 9:45 PM. 4. Every time I am in the gym working out the office lady opens the door and tells me to either not grunt or to not throw weights where i don’t even throw anything. 5. There are a lot of cracked windows which makes the gym look like an dangerous place. 6. I don’t feel comfortable when I walk out the gym because there is always a security person looking after me since i am the last person to leave thinking I’m tress passing or something, but they are invisible when there are actual tress passers! We pay this much for the HOA yearly for this service! It’s ridiculous!"

"More than just your neighborhood park, this is somewhere I can go no matter the time of day or night and I feel just as safe. All things considered w the chaos we see and hear about daily from the news this place in particular is a home away from home for me. The security upon entry is also additional trust I gain w being here in the neighborhood center. UPDATE :: still a happy, late night, getaway for me and friends"

"The office staff are cool. They maintain the basketball and tennis court well. The swimming pool needs to be bigger to support the whole community. The wish the gym was better equipped too."

"Stone Gate HOA has recently lost sight of priorities. Instead of focusing on making amenities accessible and entrances well kept, they are sending petty letters to homeowners. The community rec center hasn't been available for use in well over a year, and they are just now starting renovations. The flower beds at every entrance are dreadful, meanwhile, homeowners are being tasked to complete forms of "Architectural Control Committee Modification Request" to justify adding a piece of hardware to a garage door. The same hardware is found on $600K homes for sale in Towne Lake. If the committee wants to send letters, please do so for items that diminish the value of the subdivision, not increase it. HOA dues are a fair price, so please go buy some landscaping."

"After a recent storm, several large metal bars ended up on the sidewalk near my house. I contacted the SG office and requested that they take care of removing them. They showed up that day and removed them. I appreciated their prompt and courteous service. Thank you for a job well done."
