"I'm new to the area and decided to give them a shot because of proximity and the fact that they have multiple locations. I figured they would have a good operations system in place. To start the person I was seen by was not able to perform all services I needed and an alternative was not offered. My clothes were ready 2 days after the date I was given. Noone called, emailed or sent me a text. I had to call to find out. Finally once I did pick up my clothes my blazer was missing. The person helping had no idea where it was and I walked out with no blazer. Who knows if I will get it back and where it is. I specifically requested no other services other than alterations. First and last time I use their services."
