"If I could give it a lower rating I would. I ordered 3 corsages and 2 boutonnieres and all were to be picked up the same day. When I went to pick up the flowers on 2 of the corsages and 1 boutonniere were already wilted and I had to leave them there to remake them for the next day. The corsage I did take fell apart during the event which meant the construction was done poorly. I did call them to make sure the ones they were remaking were better made and I was assured they would reinforce them. If I could include the video I took of when the second corsage fell apart right in front of me I would. As the young lady was putting on the second corsage it too fell apart which meant they did not do anything to make sure the quality was better. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement"

The arrangements are very worth it and the customer service is awesome I was a little worried about the delivery time because there was 3 deliveries ahead of me but within 40 min of the time I left the shop my flowers were delivered wow now that's awesome customer service and that's showing how dedicated you are to making your customers happy. "Wow!! I just wanna say that they did an Amazing & Awesome flower arrangement for my lovely mom. Order them one day in advanced & explained to them that I'm in another state and I always order from 1 800 flowers and never got what I wanted. I'm so happy and I'll be a customer from now on.
