"Disappointing Experience with Wilted Flowers I recently received flowers from Kristelle’s courtesy of my thoughtful husband. While the gesture warmed my heart, the execution fell short of expectations. The flowers arrived broken and wilted, dampening what should have been a delightful surprise. Upon moving the flowers, I was met with disappointment as the petals drooped, and some flower stems were clearly damaged. The arrangement, which should have been a vibrant display of color and fragrance, looked tired and lackluster. Considering the anticipation and the sentiment behind the gesture, the state of the flowers was disheartening. It's evident that more care and attention to packaging and handling are needed to ensure the freshness and integrity of the floral arrangements during delivery. While I appreciate the intention behind the gift, the experience left me underwhelmed and unable to fully enjoy the beauty of the flowers. I hope Kristelle’s takes this feedback constructively to improve their delivery processes and ensure that future recipients receive their blooms in the pristine condition they deserve."
