"This place try to stretch out the progress by keeping you in the same level for so long. They have strict rescheduling policies and not flexible at all. They are friendly but feels like they care only about the money and not about the service."

"Your kid not progressing to next level? Serve your 30 day withdrawal notice and see how miraculously your kid progresses to next level. The business is only interested in making money and not teaching skill. I bet any other swim school would be way better off than this."

"Not recommended, my kid joined summer sessions, after summer session completed the evaluated and recommended for same beginner level since the kid needs to improve few more skills to move forward next level. We took 6 more weeks weekly 2 times class. At the end of 12 classes the are giving same feed back . They are not trying to teach kid in the lacking skills. They keeps repeating same skills in ever class along with new beginner level students. Hope the trainers needs to focus more on the skills where the kid is lacking. But this doesn’t happen. We almost paid 500$ and no improvement in their training. Aslo they kerps changing trainer every week, so they may not be able focus on kids skill where they are lacking ."

"Will not recommend. This was the first time I enrolled my kids for any swimming class and I chose this place for its convenient location. After trying them out for 2 months of classes, I felt there have to be better options out there so I started asking other parents. Finally found a place that came highly recommended. Since the withdrawal notice was for a month, we ended up going to both places for a month and realized we were completely taken for a ride in this place. The other place was so much cleaner whereas in water champs, the floors and changing rooms always seem to be wet and messy. One would think they would bother to clean it up between classes but that was not the case. The other place was cheaper, just by a little, but to get better service at cheaper price makes it even more better. The make up policy of the other place is much more parent friendly, flexible, usable and does not seem designed to cheat out people of their money. The way the water champ courses are designed, they can keep teaching you for years to move from one level to another - but to be honest I have heard most of the franchise locations adopt this strategy to keep their business going. My children saw much better progress in the other place and felt more accomplished with what they learnt there. We had to finish classes at water champ so we went there till last class but by that time kids had completely lost their interest in going to water champs because they liked going to the other place. Overall my experience is that this place was a waste of money and I would advise parents to look for better options."
