"Bunch of crooks. They use the most underhand and sly methods to steal from you. I have been a member since 9/18/2007. My card id charged annually. I was shocked to see that my card was charged for 4 times the usual amound on 02/15/2024. When I finally managed to speak to the manager after 2 weeks, after multiple phone calls and in-person visits, he informed me that I was sent an e.mail with new terms and what I have to do if I did not wish to switch to the new membership. I do not see any record of the email. I consider this as "White collar robbery". I was able to cancel the membership, but was not issued a refund."

"Health department needs to close this place down! Everyone is talking, the facility is absolutely disgusting. Customers are writing their own notes on broken down machines. This place is a filthy hot mess, management blames the lack of cleaning staff (yet they are all standing around talking, trying to recruit more people into exercise classes, or doing nothing at all) and staff claims too many customers are using equipment. It’s odd and disgusting! As of today 1/25/2024 staff continues to blame each other, but still not cleaned, not even a mop. Get a membership somewhere else!"

"The front desk attendant with curly hair should be let go. I went in the gym to sign up and asking about pricing and instead of helping, just said to go online over and over again. I go back today to cancel, and the same woman said she can’t help me. What is she supposed to be helping with? Water filter is always out, half the cardio equipment is messed up, don’t clean the facilities very well. I get it’s a corporate entity for a gym but for it being in such a nice area, there is a complete lack of awareness and care for the facility."

"It's ok for a gym, but it could really use a good spring cleaning' I came here to workout in the pool. I had just finished working and this gym was close by. Manager is a nice and friendly kind of guy. Locker room was relatively clean, but I had to go searching for the entrance to the pool. Workout equipment appears to be newer stuff and in good repair. The Pool area is well lit, however....this area really needs a good scrubbing/power washing. The pool could use a repainting. There is a line of scum that goes around the entire pool and hot tub also. There is also what appears to be mold growing on the underside of lip around the pool The outside of the building is littered and is in need of policing. On a good note: The trash can at the door was not overflowing with garbage. Would I come back? yes if it was the closest club to me at the time. would I drive out of my way to come here.....No."

"It doesn’t take a genius, with all the one star reviews, to determine this is not a great gym. The hours are laughable. Closing at 8pm on weekends? I guess the employees convinced management they shouldn’t have to work late. The parking lot is incredibly dark at night, and the lights are not functioning properly. The showers are dirty, the trash is overflowing outside. Don’t bother complaining to the manager either. He makes so many excuses, you would think he’s in trouble with his parents. A very mediocre experience at this location."
