"This is my first and last time ever coming here. The white cashier with glasses had a weird attitude and I’m not sure why? Poor customer service. This store is also very quiet. I’ll stick to hobby lobby next time!"

"I ordered yarn from this location the day after Christmas to be picked up curbside. They were closed so I understand that. My card was charged for this order and 2 additional days later I have no update on my curbside order and I have called the store multiple times and nobody picks up the phone. I have no idea why they haven’t fulfilled my order or updated me. If I had known they were going to just charge my card and take forever to get my order prepped then I would have just ordered it to be delivered or gone inside to get it myself. I better still be getting the additional 20% for ordering “curbside” when I get my order myself."

"Customer service is a hit or miss. One day you get helpful and fabulous employees. The next time you go in you're greeted with employees that look like your existence bothers them (especially some of the ladies at the cutting counter.) Manager doesn't care about the attitudes either way and is also not very helpful. Begging for a competitor to open up in the area."

"For at least 2 weeks, no restrooms!! The employees just say go to Pottery Barn. Pottery barn restrooms are located in the back of the store. Also, it is closed. Do ya'll not get it? Your customers are human. The manager at Joann's when I complained said city's problem. Excuse me!!!! I can't believe they have NO BATHROOMS!!!!"
