He is so thoughtful and dedicated - he has squeezed us in without an appointment when he knew we had an urgent issue, he's called us back after office hours just to check in after an appointment, and he's really practical. He talks through different treatment options and is always sensitive to financial barriers. The receptionists are kind and always follow up. This is clinic really cares about their patients and families. We will be devastated when Dr. Robinson retires."

"Contrary to what Kim K. has said in her review, the rescue dogs are treated with the same compassion and care as client patients. Sounds like someone has an axe to grind and not a honest review. This hospital's staff go above standard procedures to provide for homeless dogs with the medical care, boarding, facilitating meet n greets with potential adopters. You name it and they are willing to go the extra mile for their rescue clients. In my 15 years of rescue, I have never had a foster come back to me complaining about the care and compassion shown to our dogs while in the hospital's care. Shorewood Animal Hospital is a staple in the animal welfare community and the community of Shorewood."

"My dog was very ill. He was treated with compassion and kindness. The staff was most gracious during this time which was very difficult. My dog had vomited in my car and in the office. Not only did Rebecca clean my car… she was also just amazing throughout the entire process. We are confident Marty McFly is in a better place."

"We don’t go to the vet often but my experience with this vet has always been pleasant. I have two very big and active German shepherd/husky mix breeds. The vet is always very good with them and thorough when we have check ups or shots done. Haven’t had any major needs other than that but our regular check ups are always good and they’re very prompt as well."
