"Ultimately, BritLin did not achieve our cleaning goals. This would have been a 3-star review but for the aftercare customer service. Several points here. I'll try to be succinct and fair. Bottom line: do not engage unless you have a significant buffer between the end of their work and when you need to ensure the job is completed to standard. Pros ============ * Friendly cleaners * Easy scheduling (initially) * Apparent interest in customer satisfaction - sent a training lead to inspect work when problems arose Cons ============ * Several reschedules, ultimately arriving later than initially agreed * Did not complete work when promised (see reschedules) * Did not complete work to [anyone's] standard, including BritLin's * Did not clearly communicate customer service terms (re-clean is the only remedy, it seems) until after opportunities to fix the job had passed (explanation: we had to do most of the unfinished work ourselves because we had a scheduled house listing photo shoot immediately following BritLin's scheduled work, but did not know having them re-clean was the only customer service option versus adjusting a bill, etc.)"
"Excellent service on a move-out cleaning. Left my condo sparkling and spotless. The staff were a joy to work with, and scheduling couldn't have been easier. I will be calling on BritLin Cleaning for monthly service at my new residence."
"Jackie did a great job with priorities given for the time alotted. Only con is that it would have taken another couple hours to complete the blinds, baseboards and dusting. Her time went to kitchen, bathrooms, wood & tile flooring. Those look great! Thank you Jackie!"
