"It was my first time using this service and they did not meet my expectations. Once a month service- didn’t even vacuum the entire carpet. I had to vacuum when they left. Also, I think I expected them to wipe down things like light fixtures and such in the bathroom and they didn’t. I will keep looking for a service."

"I scheduled for them to come do a standard clean for my home. I messaged the morning of, before my appointment time to confirm, I received no response. I called and she didn’t answer. After 45 min past my original appointment time I called and she answered. She was seeing to a personal issue and sent some different cleaners to do the job. I understand things coming up but the fact there wasn’t any communication as to any changes for my appointment is disappointing. There should have been some type of communication between the cleaners who were supposed to show up and I. I ended up canceling my appointment due to lack of professionalism and communication."
