"I used Texas Cleaning Services one time. We booked them for a "post renovation cleaning" since we just demoed and put in new floors in our house. We have a 4 bedroom, 2360 sq ft home. They told me their "team" would be bringing "special equipment" to do a deep cleaning. They arrived 2.5 hours later than scheduled, they sent only one person who didn't have proper equipment, she was only there for 2 hours, they charged me $475!! She missed whole rooms, did not have equipment to wipe the ceiling fans and light fixtures, couldn't reach top of windows so every window had an obvious line for where she stopped. The only thing she really did was clean the floors. I politely requested a partial refund and shared these photos. They have now been unresponsive to my follow ups, and I've only maintained polite responses. Would not recommend."
