"I’ve used Tide cleaners for a while. I’ve always been happy with their service. Recently I had shirts picked up with my biweekly laundry service. My husband had a spur of the moment business trip so we needed the shirts back quickly. Andy, the driver and the people at this location got the shirts ready and we were able to get them the next day. Thanks to Andy for making this happen!!"

"They need to have a price list and they need to price out the cost when you drop off because I've gotten some pretty gnarly surprises picking up items . They always do an excellent job with all their cleaning services but just so incredibly more expensive than other independent cleaners. We have only used them for dry cleaning, shirt, laundry and zipper repair."

"We have been pickup/drop off customers of this location for several years. We have tried everything they have suggested to avoid having shirts and jeans starched. It does no good to attach their orange stickers and marking the item NO STARCH. Everything comes back starched, most of the time. Every once in awhile they get it right, but not very often. We're about out of patience and ready to find another company in the area that can follow instructions. Our "profile" that appears on receipts states "jeans and shirts are to be no starch"; we put orange notices on each item stating "no starch; we have returned items to be redone (but that require a trip into Cypress); spoken several times with the manager. Really don't know what else to do except stop their service."

"The Spring Cypress location is EXCELLENT! I was a new customer and had a coupon for my first visit. The woman working there told me I would already be receiving a discount because my garment was a military uniform so I should save my coupon. When I returned to pick up the garment, it was perfectly cleaned and pressed, and the woman told me that she had found some money in the pocket of the uniform and gave it to me in an envelope. The level of customer service and ethics was so refreshing. I will definitely be returning with my son’s uniform for the next 3 years."

"I am extremely happy with my experience w Tide Cleaners. The woman working there was always pleasant and helpful, making sure I was getting the discounts I can. I had 3 pieces of clothing, all with stains, and they got ALL of them out! One was a dress I had tailored made and had spilled red wine on at a wedding... so thrilled to have it back to new! It was only $15 (50% 1st time discount) which was an amazing price. Will definitely use them anytime I need to!"
