"1. My time slot was supposed to began between 10am and 11am, but they arrived at 11.40. 2. They only cleaned my daughter’s room and her bathroom. Which is ridiculous to me because I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3. They did not put sheets on my daughters bed. They just put the blanket on. 4. They did vacuum! 5. The closet was cleaned, not cleaned properly.There were sheets and clothes still hanging out of the hanging organizer. 6. The restroom was cleaned, but not up to the level I expected. 7. One other major issue that I have with your company is the communication. I spoke to someone about my concerns and she said she would talk to the cleaners, then call me back. I did not receive a call. I have not been getting anyone on the phone since. 8. It is now over a week later and I finally got a call back from the company! Patricia and the owner were both extremely rude to me! They insisted that I got what I received because I bought a Groupon. The owner even threatened to sue me if I wrote another bad review about them. I attached one picture of the work they did."

"I have used Houston Professional Maids for 8 years now. I find Patricia to be quick to respond to texts and flexible to schedule my next cleaning. She also tries hard to find a team that works best for your needs. We have pets and they have always been respectful and kind. We especially like Leticia’s team, very thorough and leave the house much cleaner than they found it!!"

"I have used this service, twice. Both times I had specifically asked for blind, window sills and baseboards to be dusted. I even left special instructions to do so. Both times it was overlooked. I was given the reason why is because not enough time. That is why I wanted these items to be done first. Very disappointed. I feel like the person chose not to dust baseboards and blinds. Instead did tedious cleaning over items already cleaned. Buyer Beware - you get what you pay for. Very cheap and very poor quality."

"I paid for a Groupon for 2 hours & called for an additional hour. I was assuming it would have been 3 total hours but it wasn’t! It was 2 hours and they actually left 15 mins before the time was over. They did not do a good job had ZERO communication & they left stuff where it was before they got there. The rugs in my rooms were folded and not put back and left tables untouched and half cleaned the counter tops. When i called the office i said i was not happy and when k said i would only pay half of the last hour they lady said “are you serious” nothing professional about their customer service. My 5 year old cleans better. Sorry do not recommend"
