"Dropped off a couple items and all of them smelled awful like pee and almost all of the 5 shirts ( 4 of which were Tommy Bahamas and one was brand NEW and my husbands dress shirt) were basically ruined. This place has gone downhill. Will not be using EVER again. Save yourself money and go into Cypress to get your stuff done. I basically just spent $30 to throw away almost over $300 in nice dress clothes away. If I could give 0 Stars I would! Going to take these somewhere else to see if I can even salvage them."
"I had stopped going because the Indian lady lost some jeans, passed by and saw a new lady so decided to give it a try since its close to my house & I liked it, the clothes is clean and well pressed. The place looks clean."
"Went to pick up my clothes and the lady tried to charge me more than what the ticket price was. She threw my receipt on the counter. An laughed when I told her that they printed the receipt when I dropped them off . I will not be going back."
