"I wanted to share with you my experience with this awesome dry cleaning service in Cibolo. Not only are they reasonably priced but they're also conveniently located on Main and FM 1103. What's more, they have a drive-thru service where they'll bring your dry cleaning right to your vehicle and even hang them for you in the back seat. Plus, their staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I hope you get to experience their amazing service soon!"

"They ruined my sons suit coat. They did pay for the cost to replace the jacket but refused to give me the coat back. This suit has great sentimental value and we wanted it back but they wouldn’t budge. I never agreed to give it to them. There wasn’t anything posted nor did I sign anything to agree to this. Very unfortunate."

"I went to this Dutch Boy Cleaners since another location could not rush my items in time. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to rush four items at once (which is usually not something cleaners do). I was told my order would be ready after 4:00 pm the next day and it ended up arriving closer to 6:00 pm. However, I would still give this location five stars because of their top notch communication. An employee contacted me in advance of my pickup time to explain why my clothes might arrive later than expected. They even offered to stay later that night so that they could give me my uniform before I need to wear it in the morning. My uniform came out nice overall."

"zero stars. Worst experience I have ever had at a cleaners. I am prior military and have used many different dry cleaners, this by far was the worst experience. Do Not trust them with your military uniforms!!!!!! This shirt is my sons school uniform, and I have warned other Founders school parents not to use this dry cleaners. I was not only charged for them to puncture holes and create brown stains in his shirt, but they have had the shirt for over 3 weeks waiting on management to decide what to do. I called and spoke with management today and was told that they have to send it off to be "analyzed". Whatever that even means. It doesn't not take an investigation to realize I brought you a shirt without holes or stains and you returned it to me with holes and stains. Now I wait another 2 weeks, I am sure for them to tell me this is my fault somehow. oOh and FYI they have teamed up with 5 Star cleaners I would not recommend either one of these establishments. Come on Mr. Van Langingham tell me you run a better business than this!"

"The service was efficient and the cleaning appear to be superb at first glance. I like the way the new system is. Basically I brought my clothes in, the staff took and inventory, explained the new system to me, got my information and informed me when my clothes should be ready. The next day, I received a text informing me That pickup was ready and gave me the price for service. Awesome support."
