"If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a truly horrendous experience with this dry cleaning service. It’s astonishing how they managed to completely ruin my expensive business shirts. When I picked them up, they were an absolute eyesore, an ugly shade of yellow that made them unwearable. Despite my numerous attempts to reason with them, they displayed a shocking level of indifference and arrogance. They not only refused to take any responsibility but also declined to file a claim or offer a refund for the ruined shirts. It’s abundantly clear that they have no regard for their customers or the quality of their service. I can’t stress this enough: do not waste your time or money with this abysmal dry cleaner; they are a complete disaster."
