"They didn't install the gutters properly. When it rains I have a waterfall from the end where no downspout. I don't know how many times I called their customer service. They took my messages but did nothing. Finally, I said I would have someone fix it and send them a bill. They said the Dallas office had been temporarily closed and there's no company I could send the bill. It was supposed to be a lifetime warranty... :("

"Gutters aren’t the most exciting purchase one makes but this was one of the best purchases we have made this year. We have a midcentury home that has never had gutters. After years of crazy Texas weather, the ground had taken a beating.....it was time. Personally, I generally hate the look of gutters which is why we fought this for so long. We called a few companies to come give us quotes. Gutter Logic was not the cheapest quote but they were the absolute best. They listened to what we needed and wanted. They gave us quality gutters that blend so well with the house that you don’t notice them! They worked on a solution so that we didn’t have to have downspouts in the middle of the house. Rather than just slapping up cheap gutters, they understood that our house was our biggest asset and helped us find something functional and aesthetic. Plus, this is a reputable company with longevity that offers a warranty on work. To us, Gutter Logic was well worth it!"
