"We have had city construction in front of the residence and in 6 days this florist was the only one willing to deliver. HOWEVER the water was dirty when it arrived and the arrangement vase has a scotch tape grid to hold them in place. So how am I suppose to change the water? As a florist from 20 years ago I was told no real arrangement should include tape grids and now I have a headache on my hands to get clean water to keep this extremely expensive gift fresh for more than 1 day. It is pretty."
"I just received flowers that were ordered by my Husband for our Anniversary - I absolutely love flowers, but this arrangement is awful. I am in no way trying to be rude, but these should of never been delivered. The flower arrangement is 90% greenery - and not pretty greenery -but "weeds" like. The flowers are wilted, the placement of the flowers look as though they fell over and someone just shoved them back into the vase. Completely disappointed."

"I put in an order yesterday for flowers. I was easy, I said anything you can do for $150. They were supposed to be ready for pick up at noon today. When I showed up (after receiving a call at 10:44am if I was coming to pick them up still) I was told they couldn’t put the arrangement together because I didn’t pay the day before. I had no notification this had to be done and was also told to pay when I picked up the flowers. I’m in a bind now."
"I could not be happier! They were so nice considering i was very late in ordering for Mothers Day. Besides delivering a bouquet of flowers especially designed for my moms poor eyesight, they also made a special trip to HEB to get her her favorite Jelli Bellies! I could not be happier. Oh yeh they also sent me a photo of the entire package! Wow! What service. Will definitely come back!"
