"I ordered an empathy arrangement at around 10 am for today because my very dear friend passed away and when I talked to Michelle, she informed me that the person who makes those specific arrangements wasn’t available but she actually went beyond and above and made it happen, and made sure it was very purple as it was my friend’s favorite color. I teared up as soon as I saw it because the arrangement had butterflies and I actually didn’t ask for it to be included .. butterflies were my friend’s favorite! I thanked Michelle for including it and she told me that when she read my note she knew she had to include it. She really cares for her customers and goes above and beyond! Thank you Michelle."
"The customer service this business has is FANTASTIC. I called late one afternoon and they were still able to do a next day delivery. That isn’t very common in my experience. Not only was It a fast turn-a-round they even let me change delivery addresses the next day at the last minute!!! Even with me inconveniencing them the lady was extremely nice. The flowers were delivered and are incredible. I highly recommend this florist! We are lucky to have them"

"AMAZING SERVICE, "Over and above". My son in law was in ICU after 5 Way-heart Surgery, I had no idea he was in ICU, when I ordered flowers, and Could not have Flowers. This florist tried 3 days to Deliver and even Called me, To Deliver. Finally sally met & delivered to his wife, for him. As he could not Have flowers, he then was Immediately released to Home From ICU, which is extremely unusual. SALLY went over and Above in this case. They are missing a Star only due to they were out of the "BEE WELL Vase", I really wanted. . . Thank you sally for the Communication as well. . . that was great and over and Above to us. "
