They asked me to come back the following day. The following day management found my coat it had been put in their system under a misspelled last name."

"Took my clothes to this cleaners because they advertised $2.19 per shirt and I pass it on my way to work. Gave them about 14 shirts to get done. They made a decision without notifying me. Apparently some of my shirts have some spandex in them and they decided to dry clean them without notifying me. They ended up charging me $54. UPDATE: The owner called and rectified the situation. He issued me a refund for the inconvenience. He was very kind and explained the situation. Clothes looked great. Will be coming back for sure."
