"THEY ALWAYS CHARGE $9.20 FOR A LAUNDERED PAIR OF LINEN PANTS AND THEY NEVER SPOT MY CLOTHES ALTHOUGH THERE'S A TAG SAYING STAIN WAS NOT REMOVABLE MY WIFE ALL WAYS SEEMS TO PRE-SPOT THEM AND WASH THEM AND GET THE STAINS OUT SO WE STARTED WASHING AND IRONING THEM OURSELVES OUR LAST BILL WAS 175.00 AND ALMOST EVERYTHING HAD A TAG SAYING SPOT NOT REMOVABLE I BELIEVE THERE JUST PUTTING A TAG AND UP CHARGING FOR LINENS TWICE"

"I drove 30 miles one way after calling to make sure my items were ready. I got there and not everything had arrived and was informed credit card machine went down that morning. I called first and none of this was indicated. I know things happen, but what my true issue is , is the attitude of the clerk. I was not uoset about the machine being down. It's the lack of customer service. I hope things can improve here. We will not do business here again."
