"The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light. They said I would receive a call after, but once they got their money I never heard from them again. I was too disappointed to have them come back for remediation."
