"Manager is beyond rude, her name is Yolanda. She showed no interest in solving a problem to a returning customer. Sophia settled matters & was courteous. Their prices are too high, for the service to not be top tier, I received my comforter back w/dirt on it. (I discovered that later that evening when I went to lay it out.) I expect you to fix that issue with no problem after I've spent $40 and have pictures to prove how it was received vs the results from me having to clean it myself, therefore showing it wasn't a stain. (No reason for me to waste my time & gas driving across town to bring it back to you) If the manager will not make time to fix issues, atleast make sure your staff feels empowered to do so. No customer should have to provide solutions for you to resolve the issue at hand. Please do better."
