The Cleaners of Keller

"Gone down hill cleaners not the same!!! They ruined a brand new target dress only wore once Called it color bleading and said spots were already there… Needed the dress for my daughters trip. They had their speech rehearsed already saying I needed to take it back to the manufacturer target. Although it be a target dress everyone knows they only make a certain amount in their special dresses. I’m disappointed in this cleaner had been using them for years but they denied responsibility. I personally inspected the dress before my daughter walked out the door to take it to the cleaners. I said no we’re not gonna clean it Keller‘s cleaner will clean it because they’re going to take care of it better than we can. It’s just a shame that the owner did not take responsibility for the dress… It’s only a $25 dress but it was the principle of the matter then they still charged me for ruining the dress even saying they did not complete cleaning it because of the color bleeding. Yes that’s right insisted that I pay for a ruined dress and when they admitted that they did are not complete cleaning. In total my bill was $39 for five pairs of pants and a dress that was ruined."

What I like about them is that they do a very professional job at dry cleaning our garments, and a plus is if there is a broken button on a dress shirt, they'll replace it. Additionally, the owners know me by first name and have never had an issue with our dry cleaning. Highly recommend them for all of your dry cleaning."

"Great service, great results, trust them with everything and they have never let me down. Because of covid, hadn't needed them for a while, and when I did last week, everything was ready as promised for an out of state funeral...just be aware they have new turnaround times because they had to change their business model to cope with the effects from covid and less demand for services. Great people, great business, glad they survived the turmoil of the last year, and I completely understand the adjustments they had to make."
