"Had this company come out and clean our carpets. Horrible experience. Not only did the carpets look the same, but they send eight guys for this job. After looking at the cámara footage, they only worked two hours and the rest of the four hours they were just sitting around in the lobby."
"Don’t waste your money with this company! They are a glorified dusting company. Their prices are great but NOT when you pay and realize they literally dust instead of clean. I had the owner and his brother come out to do three services. The only one that was decent was the duct dusting. They didn’t even place the filters correctly! The floors were not great especially the bathroom. And don’t get me started on how awful the couch “cleaning” was… I called a month later (I was waiting on a hand held upholstery cleaner to come and I finally moved into the home). I cleaned a 1ft by 1 ft area on the couch and the water was disgusting!!! The couch was in storage for four years. I called the owner and said the couch was not cleaned appropriately. He almost immediately took offense and started telling me he’s so glad I’m perfect… (wth?) Owner came back for a second time and I see EXACTLY why the couch looked so bad the first time!!! You would think professionals would bring a legit upholstery cleaning machine. NO! The owner brings three spray bottles and a wet/dry vac!!!! Are you kidding me! Both couches were “cleaned” in "
