"I used to love this cleaners and 6 months ago I would have given it 5 stars. The last 4 times I have picked up items, I wasn't able to pay my bill because their system was down. I was told I'd have to bring cash. I get that happening once, but it has happened the past four times and I don't take things in that often. The last two times I have been asked if I picked my clothes up from November. Both times I have said yes, and they still haven't updated their system. Yesterday when I arrived the two girls working were involved in their phones and talking instead of waiting on customers. I have been patient over the course of time to see if they would adddress their system issues, and yet the same issue everytime. I won't be back."

"On time, quick, clean, starched to perfection!!! 3 days after giving a great review, they turn around and disappoint me. I took 3 bags of clothes and 2 blankets to be cleaned and starched on Monday morning. I was told everything would be ready Tuesday afternoon and so I went to pick them up. I get there, with Uber, and half of it is not ready. I asked why they didn't call me. No answer. I gonna now cost me 2 Uber trips. Plus I called the store before I left and asked if everything was ready and was told it was."

"After doing business with this location for over 40 years, I’m done due to the constant overcharging. I’m a professional woman and they’re charging me $12.95 for a short work dress which is the price for a long dress. My work dresses are above the knee, so not remotely a “long” dress. One “mouthy” worker (who’s probably not even 5ft tall) told me they hold it up to their self and go by that which is completely asinine. I’m 5ft 6 inches and the dresses are short dresses, not long. Today, another employee held her hand to her upper thigh and told me that was the short dress length. No ma’am, it is NOT!!! That is a mini dress!!!"

"My partner dropped off my very expensive cloak yesterday, and just told me it looks brand new. She was pleased with the speed of service, price, and great staff. I've never used any cleaning services before, so they earned future business from us."

"I’ve spent hundreds at this location but after recent events, I can’t say that I’ll ever return. During my last drop off and pickup between 10/13/23 and 10/14/23, I came to the realization that I was not provided with my full order. I was missing three of my expensive dress shirts and a pair of khakis. When I contacted the location, I was asked to verify my previous order several times. The employee was finally able to confirm that I was indeed missing three dress shirts and khaki pants. She advised that she would verify if they’ve made it to the shop and contact me back. Several hours later during my lunch break, I decided to just arrive to the location in person to see if that method would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the employee I’d spoken with earlier in the morning stated that they could not locate my khaki dress pants and that she was unsure of where my dress shirts were. I asked her what did she mean and if this was a common occurrence. She stated that it has been common as new employees have started working there that are assumably making errors. The employee stated that she would contact the delivery driver to see if my pants were at another location. I’m grateful for her assistance, though the overall situation is frustrating. I filled out a claim form for my pants that have seemingly disappeared. I’ve never experienced such incompetence or negligence with others’ property from a business and I am honestly lost for words as I need these pieces for my work week. There seems to be zero accountability and Comet Cleaners’ website makes it impossible to contact someone in management or a franchise owner. I’m now having to figure out what I am going to do to reconcile this mess and am now out of money."
