"Ethian Rosier and his crew were able to wash and polish everything on my patio and in the yard, including the windows, BBQ grill, and furniture in much less time, and much better than we could have. When they were finished everything was clean, shiny, and looked new again, even the BBQ grill cover. Great job guys!"

"I initially thought the costs estimated to clean my backyard concrete, grill, fans, and powerwash of the back of the home was a tad expensive. However, after seeing the hard work and the final results, it was worth every dime. My only issue was they immediately charged my card for the final 50% of the estimate--and it didn't leave me time to give the guys a tip (which they deserved). I'll use them again."

"Had them out previously and they did a great job. Really paid attention to the details. However, this last time some parts of our house were cleaned well and other parts looked like they were either not touched or barely touched. I called at let them know I wasn't happy. They quickly sent 2 guys out the next day. They did clean some of the areas that were missed. But the back deck was supposed to have been power washed but it wasn't done on either visit. I did not received a follow up call, which i figured they would call seeing how they knew I wasn't happy. I figured what's the point of calling to complain again."

"Coming out of the spring rains our outdoor kitchen and seating areas were covered in dust and debris. Realizing it was a bigger job than I wanted to take on I began the search for someone to clean outdoors. I luckily stumbled across Backyard Butler, the only company I found that specialized in outdoor living/pool deck cleaning. I called and arranged an appointment. The crew showed up on time and consisted of 5-6 guys who dove right in cleaning, polishing and spraying every surface out back. The attention to detail was excellent and they listened to the special needs and requests (including not disturbing the birds nest under the pergola). The crew worked at a rapid pace for 2-3 hours. When done they asked me to conduct a visual inspection for anything they might have missed or I had neglected to ask for. The team was responsive and eagerly jumped on the nits I found for them to do. We have now gone on the monthly service plan during the summer and couldn't be happier. Last month, a group of neighbors convened out back and every family at our party commented on the cleanliness of the outdoor living area and asked for contact information. Highly recommend."
