"Our church, Azle Christian Church, flooded due to pipe bursting during the extreme cold weather in February. Called ServPro West Ft Worth as they were a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Dakota Kirkpatrick was assigned to our claim and he was a true blessing! He walked us through the process as we have not experienced anything like this before - 90% of the church flooded. He was very professional, was calm when we were anxious, always kept us advised of what was going on and what the next step was.
