"I dropped off my suit & my picked it up the next day. When I went to put it on 1.5hrs before a wedding in Denton, it wasn’t my suit & it was 3 sizes too big! They must have put my name on the wrong suit when I dropped it off & my family didn’t know to check before leaving. The issue is: I called right away to try and get the correct suit and they said “well nobody else told us they have the wrong suit” “we’ll call you if someone calls us with the wrong suit”. I called 3 more times since then and nobody has done a thing. It’s been 3 weeks now. Guess there goes $400 plus dry cleaning fee down the drain."

"Zero stars. DO NOT come here for alterations. They did a HORRIBLE job on my dress. The customer service was bad, claiming that the bad stitching wasn’t a “big deal.” My $90 dress is ruined. Why would they service alterations if they don’t know how to do it?"

"First time here. Came here after getting poor customer service else where, met Karrie and had 3 very expensive suits that needed to be altered and felt that I would be in good hands, well it didn't go as planned, came back and suits weren't ready as stated in the beginning, kind of surprised at the time given to complete the job, and I was right, but Karrie informed me of the reason for the delay and I trusted her once to complete the job before I really needed the suits and she was friendly and very professional through out and I am very happy with the results. My garments were handled with the utmost care and returned to me looking pristine. I was particularly impressed with how they were able to revive an old suit that had seen better days.
