"Easy to scedule an appointment . I was notified at Kade was on the way and he arrived on time. Very nice young man. He cleaned the carpets and a tiled bathroom. All look great and the carpet looks new. I also appreciate the upfront pricing with no unexpected add on. Definitely highly recommended."

"I hired Dallas Fort Worth Kwik Dry Total Cleaning to service my upholstery (sofa and love seat). The technician came by, 7/23, did his job and left. Later in the day, after giving the fabric a chance to dry, I came to realize the fabric on both of my couches were damaged. The fabric was stretched out, there was severe fraying that was caused by the tools the technician used, and some obvious missed areas. I contacted the company the next day, 7/24, and spoke to David, the owner. David provided his personal cellphone number and requested photos of the damage. He stated he would review the photos and wouldn’t be able to send a tech out bc it was the weekend. David contacted me on 7/25 to schedule a tech to come out and assess my situation. We scheduled for 7/26. Delano came to look at the damage and clean the areas that were missed. He quickly noticed the fabric damage and agreed that the original tech might have used the wrong tool and he was very aggressive with it. I mentioned I was now forced to spend hours to personally try to fix the damage by using a shaving tool. Delano agreed and also attempted to use scissors to cut the frayed fabric. I requested that he speak to his manager about a possible credit back for the damage and inconvenience. Delano said he doesn’t see a problem with getting my money back as it is his dad’s company and that he would call him once he finished the job and I would hear from David by the end of the day. I did not hear from anyone by end of day. I reached out to David on 7/27 to follow up with my conversation with Delano and received no response. On 7/28 I reached out to David again and was given a response stating he was waiting to speak with Delano, he was out of town. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, I gave him the benefit of the doubt to reach out. No response back. On 7/6 I reached out to David again stating I was following up and have not received any response from him to this day, 7/25. I gave this company a chance to make my situation right, only to be ignored by them."
