"This location offers a discount to the local teachers. However, since under new management I have asked for my discount, didn't get the discount and when I inquired about the discount was told that they did not have to give me one. Then the manager/owner said I was arguing with him when all I did was ask if he would go ahead and give me my discount now since I was spending $98 and some change. He was yelling at me and said he's never argued with a customer over the discount before. I still kept my same tone of voice as I told him I'm not arguing, I'm just inquiring if you would go ahead and give me my discount that you said you would give me. He said he would. He took my debit card and ran it a second time to give me my discount of $9.81. As of today, the bank is showing the $98 charge on my account but not the discount.. I've been using this business for many years. Then my husband got a job with the school district and we were able to use the discounted rate. We used to take his uniforms every 2 or 3 weeks but since our "cleaner" needs have changed we only use them about 4 times a year. Most the time it is at a substantial cost. I never had a problem before until this last year. I do not feel they are honest and trustworthy as a business in Cleburne."
