"Don’t do it! I signed up for my home to be cleaned with Mike, a representative of the Company. All went well on first clean. I felt price was competitive for what I wanted. From then it went downhill. Communication or should I say “no communication” was my biggest issue. I left several messages and email with the call center, but never received a return call. Finally I got in touch with Mike and he was the rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He got very upset when I expressed my concern about communication and said he would cancel right then and we were not a good fit for each other. Well he never advised the cleaning team not to come and they have literally have shown up the past month twice on their assigned cleaning date. Beware! If I could I would not even give them the one star but not an option to choose. It is sad that these cleaning ladies are trying to earn a living and the supervisor/ manager cannot even communicate with their own employees."
