"Twice now I’ve taken a suit on a special coat hangar and when I pick up they’ve “lost” the hangar and only replace it with a cheap thin wire hangar that creases the suit coats. Had a dress shirt pressed and it looks horrible, crooked creases and crumpled collar. All the employees seem to be high school and college kids that don’t want to be there or bother helping to correct the issue. Better off spending the time and money going elsewhere"

"I encourage this business to do better customer service. I was very disappointed with the service I received so much so that I will not ever return. I took a $400 suit here to be dry cleaned and the suit came back to me worse than it went in. I also submitted a dress white cotton shirt worth $200 to be dry cleaned and I received the shirt back with stains when I advised the store attendant working there at the time. I was shown very little empathy by the attendant for the mistake made, this was very disheartening to me considering I once managed a cleaners myself. And I know how important it is to have a good quality and genuine customer service considering that people are willing to pay ones business good money to receive exceptional service for the clothes they entrust to them. I was told by the indifferent no emotion attendant to “come back the next day, by 3PM” no apology given or offer to right the wrong done. I did just that I returned the next day, and I received the same poor quality service this time my dress shirt had more stains than before. I was very disappointed and disheartened by this, and went into panic mode as I needed the shirt by the next day and this delay put me back, the attendant showed me the same lack of empathy and care for the mistake made. Thankfully I was able to fix the problem on my own at home. Thank God for Oxiclean. And barely made my event in time. I encourage this business to do better customer service and have more empathy when they make mistakes, as they will continue to loose potential paying customers and could be subject to liability . I had to leave a star due to the app glitch and to post this review, however the service I received does not warrant that."

"This place is 3 times more expensive than any other place I've ever been. Insane costs. Also, it's listed as Comet Cleaners but the actual business is "The Cleaners", not Comet. Save your money. Do not go to this place."
