"The physician and all his staff are excellent. The notification prior to my appointment is deplorable. No notification whether to eat or not. No way to address this notifier. No way to check if this notification is accurate and it tries to make you think if you don't pre-register on line you won't be able to have your appointment. And if you do register on line you have to answer all those questions once you are at your doctor's appointment."
