"Had my taxes prepared here when they were with Jackson Hewitt, (they're not connected with them anymore)(rightly so). Just received a letter from the IRS that I owe over 4000.00 to them for 2019 taxes. I stupidly didn't examine the return just sent it in. On looking at the return my 1099 income wasn't close to added correctly, off by 20,000.00. Who makes that kind of mistake? I thought they would be better than me for a complicated year but they blew one of the easiest things. Now they say as they are no longer connected to Hewitt they don't even know what I paid. Give these people an F on basic addition. And me an F on choosing accounting services."
